Peace of Mind for Plant Lovers
Vira was created to give plant lovers more confidence, more greenery, and fewer heartbreaking plant deaths.
We’re a small team of three plant lovers from Vancouver, Canada. Nikola leads the software and electrical engineering, Sam helps build and support our plant community, and Rory leads sales & operations.
For nearly two years, we’ve been designing, testing, and improving Vira with real feedback from plant lovers. We’ve used 3D-printed prototypes to rapidly test new ideas, refine the watering system, and make the pot feel as simple and reliable as possible.
Now, we’re preparing Vira for production. Our first smart pots are moving from prototype to injection-molded manufacturing, with production-ready Vira pots planned to ship in January 2027.
